Bairnsfather Absinth continues the absinth making tradition and search for absinth perfection set forth by the founder of our production company Mr. Martin Sebor (1954 – 2003). Using only traditional methods and quality herbs in a process unchanged in centuries, but utilizing modern equipment and time consuming unique processes to ensure an absinth of the highest caliber.
